Initial request pathway

Tell us the need clearly and safely.

Use this page to prepare an initial request for education, skill, medical, care, disability, livelihood or shelter-related support.

Common questions

Before submitting.

Can someone submit for another person?

Yes, when you have their knowledge or lawful authority. Explain your relationship and protect their sensitive information.

Should I send documents immediately?

No. Begin with the form. If the request can be considered, the Trust can explain which records are needed and how to share them safely.

How quickly will support be provided?

Timing depends on urgency, verification, programme capacity, location, partners and available resources. The urgency selection helps triage; it is not a delivery guarantee.

What if the Trust cannot fund the request?

Where possible, the response may include guidance or a referral pathway. A referral also depends on the availability and criteria of the receiving organisation.
